Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Agent to join our growing team. This role offers exceptional training and mentorship opportunities for those looking to build a lucrative career in commercial real estate investment sales. The ideal candidate will assist senior brokers while developing their own client relationships and transaction skills. PLEASE NOTE: This is a solely COMMISSION BASED position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cold calling to potential clients and investors (this is a MUST)
- Work in our office Monday through Friday during business hours
- Assist senior brokers with property research, market analysis, and client communications
- Analyze financial data and create investment property valuations
- Build and nurture relationships with investors, brokers, and industry professionals
- Participate in business development activities and networking events
- Progressively take on independent transaction responsibilities
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
- Strong interest in commercial real estate investments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with and enthusiastic about cold calling
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn industry-specific software
- Self-motivated with exceptional work ethic and time management skills
- Experience with CRM systems a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
