Job Description

We are seeking a highly self motivated Commercial Real Estate Agent (must have a FL real estate license) to join our growing team! We specialize in single tenant retail properties across the country. If you can not get on the phone and cold call then this business isn't for you. We will train you and get you up and running. if you are committed and do the work, you are guaranteed to make six figures your 2nd year. We will provide some buyer leads. This is a commission ONLY position.

Responsibilities:

• List and sell commercial real estate
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
