Job Title : Full Time Associate Dentist

Location : Urbana, OH (An easy 35 miles from Dayton, OH)

Revenue : $2 million / yr. with room for Expansion!

Operatories : 12 Fully functioning operatories

Daily Schedule : Full Time (3-5 days / week) available! (No Nights or Weekends)

Compensation : We offer a daily guarantee during your initial credentialling period. After your ramp up period, you will earn a competitive salary based on your performance. We are focused on patient care over production metrics but understand that you deserve to be well-compensated for your hard work.

Commiserate with experience, 30-35% of your personal Collections.)

Qualifications :

You should have a DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.

A valid & active Ohio dental license that is in good standing.

A passion for providing comprehensive and quality dentistry.

Commitment to excellence & providing exceptional patient care.

Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Experience with Endodontics, and Implant Restorations & Placements a plus!

150,000-$350,000 / year
