What You’ll Do:
As a Civil Engineer, you will contribute to a variety of projects across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities include:
- Performing civil design calculations and technical analyses
- Drafting and designing using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conducting construction inspection & administration
- Analyzing and modeling public infrastructure systems
- Writing technical reports and communicating project details effectively
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for motivated engineers who are passionate about civil design and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
- EIT certification required, PE license preferred in Washington or ability to obtain within 2 years
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and deadlines
- Proficient in problem-solving and task prioritization
- Experience with AutoCAD and organizational tools is a plus
- Construction-related experience is desirable
- Familiarity with Washington state work or residency is preferred
Project Experience in One or More of the Following Areas:
- Water distribution or sewer collection systems
- Stormwater system design
- Road and highway projects
- Water or wastewater treatment systems
- Subdivision and land development
- Commercial site design
- Federal government facility projects (e.g., U.S. Air Force)
