Requirements and Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Professional Engineer (PE) License with 5 years of experience in an MEP consulting engineering firm conducting building electrical system design.
- In-depth knowledge of NFPA70E, International Energy Conservation Code, NFPA 72, and the International Building Code.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit/BIM software.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills to lead project teams and work with clients, resolving conflicts tactfully and efficiently.
- A valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Ability to travel unassisted out-of-town and overnight for project sites.
