Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their dogs with a warm, positive attitude
- Handle daily intake and check-out of pups
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments
- Manage client records and ensure all paperwork is up to date
- Post regularly on social media to keep our followers updated and engaged
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with basic administrative duties
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking software and social media platforms
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- A genuine love for dogs and the patience to handle their quirks
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
- Experience in a pet care setting is a plus!
