TDI is currently seeking a Chinese-Language Analyst, DD&I to join our Due Diligence and Investigations (DD&I) practice in Washington, D.C. The successful candidate is expected to comprehend complex global issues in various industries quickly while conducting detailed investigative research and analysis to identify and understand commercial, regulatory, and reputational risks. The candidate is also expected to be proficient in Chinese and have professional or academic experience related to China, Taiwan, or East Asia.
Job Responsibilities
The Chinese-Language Analyst, DD&I will have the following responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed research on entities and / or individuals of interest, particularly in China and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
- Understand specific client requests and produce custom risk-analytic reports.
- Task and manage external sources as required.
- Review open source or records-based due diligence reports to ensure client readiness.
- Mentor and train junior research staff members as needed.
- Process and store sensitive information, including PII, in accordance with Information Management System policies.
- Promptly report potential security incidents to the Information Technology team.

The ideal candidate for the Chinese-Language Analyst, DD&I position will possess the following :

Location : Washington, DC (in-person)
Compensation : $55,000 – $63,000 annualized
