What You’ll Do:
- Project Management & Strategic Leadership: Lead integrated teams to deliver prioritized projects on time and within budget. Leverage business and technology knowledge to develop strategic technology proposals that sustain and improve business performance.
- Security & Support: Ensure technology products maintain up-to-date security defenses and are effectively supported for dependable operations.
- Technology Roadmaps: Collaborate with internal and external experts to define and maintain multi-year technology investment roadmaps, preventing obsolescence and supporting commercial strategy.
- Prioritization & Resourcing: Effectively prioritize and resource initiatives to optimize value and manage risk. Work with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand and contribute to the commercial strategy.
- Presentation & Negotiation: Able to create and conduct formal presentations, negotiate skillfully, promote ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
- Interpersonal & Leadership Skills: Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills, interacts effectively with all levels of management, and demonstrates strong leadership with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
- Organizational Skills & Stress Management: Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion, and able to work constructively under stress and pressure.
- Ethical Standards & Confidentiality: Maintains and promotes social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities, and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Work Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience, with 1 to 3 years of direct management/supervisory experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Certifications are highly desirable
