As part of the Regulatory, Audit & ORM Assurance team, you'll be a trusted advisor providing guidance and challenge on regulatory inquiries, responses, and interactions for Platforms and Technology. You will be accountable for processes and coordination supporting the regulatory program, ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and approvals to provide accurate and valid information.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure effective governance and oversight of Regulatory functions and shape the future of P&T by enabling best-in-class oversight and guidance in partnership with Segment CIOs, risk, legal & compliance partners.
- Meet regulatory and risk expectations in partnership with Risk, COLA, and Regulatory organizations.
- Foster and actively contribute to creating an inclusive and diverse team by supporting the development of talent within the team.
- Support speed, simplicity, agility in decision making while focused on conflict resolution, building partnerships, and perseverance under pressure / crisis.
