Job Description

Department Overview:

The IT Build Specialist provides expert advice and leads in system / application administration, installation, configuration/provisioning, platform planning and design, integration and release / deployment management.

Depth & Scope

  • Primary subject matter expert in multiple areas and consults with clients/or project teams with respect to all aspects of operational support / solutions
  • Works independently and/or autonomously as a senior/ lead on a diverse range of tasks / operational support of solutions and is relied upon to coach/ educate others
  • Assignments are highly complex and multifaceted
  • May monitor, coach/ educate a small team of IT professionals
  • Acts as a key resource in the exchange of technical information for project teams, the business and/or outside vendors

Education & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • Graduate degree, preferred
  • 7 years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7 data management experience with data migration for large data sets, data loader, workbench or dataloader.io
  • 7 user management experience with user setup and security settings in salesforce
  • Experience in Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to analyze, design, configure, and implement strategic improvements in Salesforce.
  • Provide L3 technical support, training, and reporting to help users and executives leverage Salesforce app effectively.
