About the Role:

This is an opportunity for a Senior UX/UI Designer to contribute to impactful digital experiences and strategic challenges. As a Senior UX/UI Designer you will work on high-impact projects across various industries, helping to develop solutions that address business needs. You will collaborate with professionals in business and technology to influence the future of design in consulting.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive digital interfaces, creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Align digital design with service blueprints and operational workflows to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience.
• Prototype and test digital solutions based on user insights and feedback to enhance usability and engagement.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure digital products meet business goals and operational needs.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all designs, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse users.
• Contribute to the development of reusable design patterns and components to ensure consistency across projects.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies to incorporate into future design solutions.

Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centered digital products and scalable design systems.

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, interaction design, and service design.
• Advanced proficiency with design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and hands-on experience working in agile environments.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide projects from ideation to execution.
• Experience in client-facing roles, including presenting design work and aligning with stakeholder needs.
• A problem-solving mindset, capable of transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable design solutions.
• A collaborative approach, with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to diverse industries.
