Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive digital interfaces, creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Align digital design with service blueprints and operational workflows to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience.
- Prototype and test digital solutions based on user insights and feedback to enhance usability and engagement.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure digital products meet business goals and operational needs.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all designs, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse users.

Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centered digital products and scalable design systems.
Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, interaction design, and service design.
- Advanced proficiency with design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and hands-on experience working in agile environments.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide projects from ideation to execution.
- Experience in client-facing roles, including presenting design work and aligning with stakeholder needs.
