TDB (A small business that is owned and operated by a disabled veteran) is seeking Audiologist to work as an independent contractors providing medical questionnaire reviews to our active-duty members. Weekends (Sat/Sun) coverage that are scheduled one month out from the event date. Occasional weekdays are also available.
Reserve Health Readiness Program is the Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency, program that provides Individual Medical Readiness (IMR), Dental Readiness, and deployment services to Active Duty and Reserve service members geographically remote from military treatment facilities. RHRP provides remote individual medical readiness for DOD service members beyond those available through military treatment facilities.
Hours
Weekends, Saturday/Sunday - 8am to 5pm clinic schedule. Based on your weekend availability monthly.

Job Duties
- Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
- Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
- Perform review of health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
- Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record.
- Active, unrestricted state licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification for Provider
- Doctorate of Audiology
