What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitoners Needed for Veteran Disability Benefit Exams - Payson, AZ position at TDB Communications, Inc.?
DETAILS:
- Providers would be conducting disability assessments on a one-time exam, non-treatment basis in their office setting.
- Each provider will set their schedule based on their availability.
- Virtual training will be provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Providers must have an available office or permission to utilize a colleague's office.
- Providers must have an active state medical license in good standing and free of significant sanctions or malpractice claims.
COMPENSATION:
- These assessments (C&P Exams) are to be performed on an independent 1099-contract basis and the fees are paid directly to you.
