Details
- Providers would be conducting disability assessments on a one-time exam, non-treatment basis with the office provided!
- Each provider will set their schedule based on their availability.
- Virtual training will be provided.
- Providers must have an active state medical license in good standing and free of significant sanctions or malpractice claims.
- These assessments (C&P Exams) are to be performed on an independent 1099-contract basis and the fees are paid directly to you.
