Healthcare Risk Advisors’ (HRA) Information Technology team has an opportunity for a Full Stack Engineer. This is a hybrid opportunity (2 days / week) based out of our New York City office.
Position Mission
The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing data driven full stack applications. Candidates should be proficient in React JS (MERN) and have strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
- 2 years React full stack experience (preferably MERN)
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science
Responsibilities
Analysis, Design and Execution
Develop UI using React JS and Tailwind.Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code and optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsersDesigning and implementing robust backend components using andDevelop all applications in accordance with company security policy following the industry standards OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project).Research and Implement code fixes for any cybersecurity findings.Build and Deploy applications using CI / CD pipelines.Monitor the live applications for performance, uptime and issues.Project Management / Task Management
Manages and prioritizes assigned project and department related functions and tasks.Tracks system feature / function updates as assigned; coordinating with business or other team members as appropriate.Estimate tasks required for application development, track progress against estimates, and report status.Design, develop and propose a plan to implement new / modified IT products and services in conjunction with other departments, plan includes : Production Implementation ProcessSoftware evaluation, design, develop, test, and monitor effectivenessCustomer Service / Collaboration
Maximizes performance while upholding and encouraging behaviors consistent with HRA's mission & values.Communicates company values, beliefs and norms to team members on an ongoing basis.Serves as a role model for company values.Provide assistance with application problem analysis, technical solutions / alternatives, evaluating design proposals, and reviewing program code.Other Duties as Assigned
Assists with a variety of department and company- wide projects.Makes oneself available for any and all duties.Accepts delegated tasks readily and completes assigned duties as directed.Salary Range : $103,660 - $128,051
