We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support compensation analysis, HR data management, and performance management at The Doctors Company. This is a hybrid or remote opportunity depending on the final candidate’s location from the company’s offices.
This role will conduct market benchmarking, maintain salary structures, and analyze pay equity to ensure competitive compensation. Additionally, it will manage HR data in UKG, develop reports, and enhance analytics dashboards, while supporting performance management system improvements.
As part of a dynamic HR team, this position offers exposure to multiple HR functions and opportunities for process optimization.
Responsibilities
Compensation Analysis & Administration
- Market Benchmarking : Conducts salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures .
- Pay Structure Management : Maintains job classifications, pay grades, and salary bands, ensuring alignment with company policies and market trends.
- Merit & Bonus Calculations : Assists in the administration of merit increases, incentive plans (STIP, LTIP), and other compensation programs.
- Pay Equity Analysis : Monitors internal pay equity, identifying and addressing any disparities.
- Compensation Reporting : Prepares reports on salary trends, compa-ratios, and pay distribution for HR and leadership
HRIS Data Management & Reporting
HRIS Maintenance : Manages employee data in HRIS (, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring accuracy and security.Data Audits & Integrity : Conducts routine audits to validate data integrity, correcting discrepancies in employee records.HR Metrics & Dashboards : Develops HR analytics reports, including headcount, turnover, retention, and compensation trends.Process Automation : Identifies and implements automation opportunities to improve HR data processes.System Enhancements : Assists in testing and deploying HRIS upgrades, system integrations, and self-service features.Performance Management System & Process Improvement
System Revamp : Support performance management system revamp, process optimization to align with company objectivesProcess Integration : Support the development and implementation of a new performance management platformTraining & Support : Assist in the development of delivery training for employees and managers on system functionality and best practices.Data & Analytics : Provide reporting and insights on performance trends, calibration, and system adoptionService and Support : Provide ongoing system support, reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.Technical Knowledge & Professional Development

Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience5-7 years data analytics, compensation, or HR systems experienceExpertise in Excel, HR systems, and reporting capabilitiesExcellent communication and ability to convey data insightsSalary Range : $82,328 - $101,700
