We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Field Service Technician to join our team servicing mobile medical trailers throughout Florida. As a Field Service Technician, you will be servicing these valuable trailers by analyzing work orders, planning a daily travel schedule, performing routine preventative maintenance, reviewing concerns, and resolving problems. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
Responsibilities
· Provide Quality Service & Customer Support
· Manage All Maintenance & Repair Tasks; Identify Issues & Implement Remedies
· Complete Work Orders & Maintenance Reports
· Maintain Inventory in a Clean, Organized Service Vehicle; Ordering Stock Items When Low
· Follow All Company Procedures, Protocols and Policies
· Collaborate with Service Team Members
Requirements
· Ability to work flexible shifts & adapt to changing work schedules
· Possesses a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 75 pounds.
· Must Have Good Time-Management Skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks within a single day
· Ability to use Field Automation Systems & Software
· Ability to Attend All Training Events
· Ability to work independently without direct supervision
· Ability to work with a tablet and have basic computer knowledge
Travel is up to 95% of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $61,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
