The Data Entry Company (TDEC), a nationally recognized Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) Organization, seeks a General Clerk III to support an agency in Washington, DC.
Summary:
The General Clerk III provides overall clerical support functions for processing activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of benefit administration and case processing tasks as assigned.
- Enter data into the systems of record.
- Perform tasks associated with document management activities including plan and participant file maintenance (scanning, indexing, mail opening, prep, and document preparation).
- May operate high speed scanning equipment occasionally
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Two years of related experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to exercise analysis and experience in selecting documented procedures to follow I n searching for, interpreting, selecting and coding items to be entered from a variety of source documents.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements
