Position Background :

TDengine has established itself as a leader in the tech industry, with over 200 paying customers globally, including several large enterprises. Our innovative product has gained validation and support from a vibrant community of developers and users. As we look to expand further into the North America and EMEA markets, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Senior Sales Development Executive to join our sales team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for those eager to advance their careers in sales within a thriving tech environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Identify potential customers through various channels such as online research, social media, and industry events.
  • Outbound Outreach : Initiate conversations through calls and emails to engage potential customers, present TDengine's solutions, and qualify their interest.
  • Qualification : Evaluate leads based on specific criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our sales pipeline.
  • Appointment Setting : Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for our sales executives with qualified leads.
  • CRM Management : Keep detailed and current records of all sales activities and interactions within our CRM system.

Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience : 2-3 years in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or software sector, with a focus on the database industry.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities necessary to connect with potential customers effectively.
  • Driven and Goal-Oriented : Must be self-motivated and committed to achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Adaptability : Quick learner who can adapt to new tools, technologies, and sales processes with ease.
  • Team Player : Ability to collaborate and work harmoniously within a team environment.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficient with CRM systems, sales automation tools, Outreach, and other digital platforms.
  • Preferred Qualifications :
