TDF Fleet is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Rentals, Sales, and Leasing operations at our Midland location. This is an exciting opportunity to align with our company’s philosophy, vision, and strategic goals while fostering a team environment focused on success, growth, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing branch team in line with TDFG’s culture and values.
  • Ensure safety policies are strictly followed, with active participation in our safety program and compliance with OHS regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement and development through continuous training, performance reviews, and mentoring.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective use of resources and high-quality service delivery across Rentals, Sales, and Leasing.
  • Collaborate with the Credit department to manage customer accounts and build relationships with key clients, ensuring timely payments and addressing overdue accounts.
  • Foster strong community relationships by engaging in business development activities and supporting local initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage branch financial results, and work with regional management to align goals and budgets with company objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts, maintain vendor relations, and manage the lifecycle of vehicles assigned to the branch.
  • Ensure regular inspections and maintenance of branch facilities to comply with legislative requirements.

What you'll need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ management experience, ideally within the automotive or similar industry.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a passion for coaching and mentoring.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License and Driver’s Abstract in good standing.
  • Pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance and Credit Check required.
