What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Cleaning Technician - Cincinnati, OH; 2nd Shift 1-9pm position at TDG Facilities, LLC?
tdg Facilities is looking for a Full-time Facilities Cleaning Technicians to help serve our customers in the Greater Cincinnati area. This is a site based position, from 1-9pm weekdays. This role requires an incredible attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Pay Rate: Up to $15-17 per/hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (first and second shifts available)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work courteously with office/staff personnel
- Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas of the building
- Restock supplies
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas
- Clean carpets and wax hard-surface floors (as required)
- Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
- Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
- Support event setup (as required)
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Commercial janitorial or cleaning experience required
- Keen eye for detail
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
- Effective communication skills and commitment to customer service
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
