Our team is seeking a full-time Junior Operations Analyst in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio / Sharonville, Ohio area to support day to day accounting operations within our organization. This role requires a strong knowledge of financial analysis, analytics best practices, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment across multiple functional teams, including the executive team, and the opportunity to acquire more skill by working with a highly talented team.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze data for various projects.
- Monitor and report on key operational and financial metrics and trends
- Assist in the preparation of reports and forecasts, including data visualization
- Support critical tasks related to the monthly billing cycle, including billing backup compilation
- Work with large data set and support data transformation, data imports/exports, and data reconciliation
- Support the weekly and monthly reporting functions, including variance analysis
- Ability to both lead a team and work independently
- Other tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 0-5 years of experience in analytics, operations analysis, or a related field (internships or academic projects are acceptable)
- Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Sharepoint, and Teams
- Basic understanding of data visualization and data standardization principles
- Experience with data modeling is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
