You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and effectively closing deals.
Compensation includes a base salary commissions with uncapped earning potential. This role is a remote/telecommute position for an employee based in Northern Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies
- Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads and schedule sales meetings
- Facilitate special orders, incentives, employee recognition programs, and program-based business
- Stay informed about industry trends and offerings to identify opportunities for business growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by sales management
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
