(TDI) is seeking candidates for a Senior Program Support Analyst position supporting US Navy data analytics and condition-based maintenance programs. This position will work with program managers, software engineers, data scientists, and other engineers in the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division. Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, ID Theft Protection, Prepaid Legal, Pet Insurance, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Professional Development, Paid Vacation, Paid Holiday, and Paid Sick Leave Principal Duties / Responsibilities : Provide subject matter expertise in US Navy maintenance operations and procedures Support teams conducting Analysis of Alternatives, Design Studies, and help assess corresponding impacts to mission effectiveness Coordinate development efforts with and interface between teams and personnel including platform managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), contractors, and other engineers Assist with program assessments ensuring programmatic goals / milestones are well documented and achieved Facilitate, lead and help with meetings to include peer, design, program, and testing reviews Identify, monitor, and help resolve risks and problems encountered by the team RequirementsEducation and Experience Requirements : Bachelor's degreeExperience with the US Navy as a servicemember or civilian in an engineering or technical capacityFamiliarity with US Navy shipboard and shoreside maintenance proceduresSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS : Successful applicants must either have an active government security clearance or the ability to receive approval upon position acceptance. Must have a valid US passport or the ability to obtain one upon position acceptance. SKILLS AND ABILITIES : Essential Skills : Proficient in organizing within a team environment, tracking various efforts and elements of tasking Results-oriented and motivated to provide solutions with measurable benefit to our customers Ability to communicate complex analysis with clarity and precision Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with US Navy shipboard or shore side maintenance procedures Experience with US Navy shipboard machinery systemsPreferred Skills : 1. Experience with US Navy surface vessels2. Experience with US Navy surface fleet maintenance planning and logistics3. Experience with the US Navy Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and scheduler (SKED)4. Experience with shipboard data collection systems5.
