TDI Technologies, Inc. (TDI) is seeking candidates for a User Experience Research Engineer position supporting US Navy data analytics and enterprise solutions. This position will work with program managers, software engineers, data scientists, and other engineers in the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division.

Principal Duties / Responsibilities :
- Provide planning, organizing and execution of interactive visual design
- Perform user experience analytics, information design, and develop strategy for systems usability
- Support efforts in visual communication and information literacy
- Conduct user research ensuring programmatic goals are achieved
- Identify, monitor, and help resolve risks and problems encountered by the team
