What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Landscaper position at TDL Staffing, Inc.?
TDL Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced individual with prior lawn care or landscaping experience to perform a range of general lawn maintenance/landscaping duties, including applying fertilizers, maintaining the landscape design, removing weeds and dead plants, and supervising repairs.
The ideal candidate will be creative, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
A minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is required. The ability to operate maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers, is required.
This position will be responsible for duties such as:
- Maintain the landscaping design and promote healthy plant growth.
- General labor and maintenance duties, including cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other tasks.
- Apply fertilizer to help enhance growth.
- Yard and ground maintenance/grass cutting
- Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.
- Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs
- Maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, outdoor furniture, and walkways.
Full-time hours, Monday-Friday, with pay starting at $21-$23/HR, depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of landscaping/grounds keeping experience
- Valid Driver's License and record
- Reliable Transportation
- Background will be viewed
