**Job Description:**
- This position is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient construction of PON/fiber network communications facilities.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate job duties and responsibilities to internal construction crews.
- Focus on crew efficiencies and ensure assigned tasks are completed.
- Perform quality control inspections of construction crew work to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Work with foreperson to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Train, monitor, and coach team members to safely operate various construction equipment.
**Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in construction equipment operation or military service with honorable discharge.
- A valid driver's license and eligibility for DOT requirements.
- Ability to obtain a Class A CDL and willingness to travel occasionally.
- Physical ability to climb poles, ladders, towers, and other structures as needed.
