- Strong effective communication in English (verbal/written)
- Valid Ontario Drivers license required
- Cognitive dementia experience
- Experience working with/ caring for seniors
- Well-developed team skills, leadership skills with ability to take initiative
- Effective problem solving and conflict management skills in fast paced environment
- Ability to work well within a changing environment
- Computer and cell phone competency
- Medication management an asset
- Fluency in both official languages (English & French) or other language(s), an asset.
