In this key role, you’ll coordinate the key service processes to ensure clients receive timely, high-quality care. Working alongside our skilled technicians and team members, you’ll play an integral part in creating seamless client experiences from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the service process with warmth, professionalism and clear communication.
- Project Coordination: Keep service timelines on track, monitor job progress, and ensure all service jobs stay on schedule. Collaborate with the Field Service Leader to address updates or challenges.
- Financial & Warranty Support: Handle deposits, invoices, purchase orders, warranty claims, and collections with precision and attention to detail, ensuring timely processing and resolution.
- Administrative & Database Support: Coordinate scheduling, create and update quotes and work orders, and maintain accurate client profiles and service records.
You’ll serve as the key link between clients, technicians, and the team, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless service experience at every step.
The Ideal Candidate will
- Have experience in customer service within the marine or service industries, handling multi-step projects and timelines.
- Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities at once.
- Excel in communication and client support, building trust and rapport with clients while fostering team collaboration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic financial tasks, including invoicing, warranty handling, and account management.
- Be proficient in using Google Workspace, Mac products, and other computer tools to manage workflows efficiently.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying adaptable and proactive when challenges arise.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
