Overview
Minimum of 10 years experience in construction involving multiple phases of medium-to-large scale building projects. Of that experience, a minimum of 5 years should be as an assistant superintendent or inspector on medium-to-large scale, multi contract building projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress, schedules, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction.
- Work with the Project Manager regarding the budgeting process, including estimating costs and managing expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure adherence to contractual obligations by all parties involved.

Pay: $156,000.00 - $166,400.00 per year
