What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at TDX?
JOB SUMMARY:
This position will provide Administrative Support for Employees of TDX Corporation and its Subsidiaries, as well as minimal accounting support with and for the Office Manager and Anchorage office accounting.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITES AND TASKS
· Answer multi-line phone system for TDX and its Subsidiaries, utilizing the voice mail system, emailing messages, and manual message taking.
· Greet guests and serve as a central point of communication regarding the whereabouts of TDX employees.
· Operation of stand office equipment; faxing, scanning and copying of documents.
· Keep work areas and break area clean including coffee, coffee pots and cups, etc.
OTHER TASKS AND DUTIES
· Type letters, memos, correspondence and other documents as assigned by Supervisor including excel spreadsheets and word documents.
· Employees of TDX Companies will give requests to supervisors who will assign this position administrative task and other duties as needed.
· Run requested errands such as speed paks to/from Airport, and other misc. errands at times.
· Managers the operation of all office machines and orders and replenishes all supplies. Including placing the order or picking up from Costco or other supply stores.
· Responsible to ask for work assignments from accounting staff or supervisor when other tasks are complete.
· Receive cash for payment of invoices.
· Data Entry in viewpoint: cash receipts, invoice entry, contract entry.
· Cable/Internet Contract Organization.
· Timesheet entry when Office Manager away
· All other duties are assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma or GED
· Ability to type 30 wpm accurately
· Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel spreadsheets, Power Point, Outlook, etc. preferred but not mandatory and willing to train
· Calculator
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
· Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
· Previous secretary/receptionist experience preferred but not mandatory and willing to train.
EMPLOYMENT HOURS:
Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an unpaid one-hour lunch, excluding holidays.
