Job Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Team Member on our Molding Teams, you will be responsible for operating assigned automated molding machinery, ensuring component flow, troubleshooting and correcting machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. You will also perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes, and document the results as required by our quality procedures. This position requires a high level of energy, self-motivation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be able to lift and carry a maximum weight of 55.1 lbs, push a peak force of 41.4 lbs, and pull a peak force of 55.6 lbs. Frequent standing and balancing throughout the day are required in this job.
