The Continuous Improvement Analyst organizes and plans the operation advantage projects and provides technical support to project teams, with the objective of meeting factory's cost reduction target requirements within strategy and plan.


  • Work with management to align their long-term goals with day-to-day operations (Hoshin Kanri X matrix)
  • Work with Finance Leadership and department representatives to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and develop efficiency project opportunities across the site
  • Conduct root cause analysis to determine key metrics, troubleshoot business issues, document process flow, project plans, and create process documentation
  • Establish measurable criteria to enable process performance tracking. Ensure process performance is tracked and desired results are achieved
  • Incorporate external data and points of view to provide teams with additional insights, best practices and recommendations on strategies and approach
  • Work with multiple cross-functional teams to synthesize findings, develop improvement recommendations and assist with execution of initiatives
  • Support the continuous improvement leadership team and cross functional partners in establishing and driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the function
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members and peers in the use of process improvement and problem-solving tools and techniques
  • Collaborate on the construction of the digital factory; have digital factory concept to implement lean tools and support value stream transformation
  • Strive for results in ambiguous situations where creativity, diligence and additional research are required

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
  • Green Belt Certified - desired
  • Min 3-5 years’ work experience in manufacturing industry
  • Proven Continuous Improvement methodologies & tools
  • Good communication skills (clear, concise oral and written presentations) and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Project management skills
  • Business acumen

COMPENSATION
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $89,200 – $133,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary Incentive(s) Benefits
