Job Description
At TE Connectivity, our Kilovac Growth Engineering group develops High Voltage DC power switching devices and associated power distribution equipment for various applications.
About the Role
- Collaborate with product engineers to determine testing parameters and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Design and conduct quality assurance and design performance tests using new procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Troubleshoot errors and optimize testing procedures to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Prepare detailed test reports for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for future improvements.
Travel: minimal frequency is expected for this role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years' experience in electrical engineering, with expertise in software tools such as Altium, Ultiboard, Multisim, AutoCAD, Space Claim, Creo, and LabVIEW highly desirable.
- Familiarity with high-voltage applications (270Vdc and 1000Vdc) and ability to work with complex technical data.

Compensation and Benefits
A competitive salary range of $125,100 - $187,700 per year, accompanied by an incentive package and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and voluntary benefits.
