Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market-driven product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define resource requirements, pricing policies, and annual operating plans.
- Own the product lifecycle, from launch to post-launch management, ensuring sustained profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5 years of product management or sales experience, with additional MBA preferred.
- Relevant industry experience and technical knowledge of force or pressure sensors is desired.
- Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams is essential.
- A 4-year technical or business degree is required, with an advanced degree or relevant P&L management experience preferred.
