Job Overview
At TE Connectivity, you’ll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. Your role as an Intern in the Industrial & Commercial Transportation Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by:
- Drive new Scrap initiatives to improve overall performance
- Support team to address Customer Complaints
- Support cross functional teams on continuous improvement programs
At TE Connectivity, you’ll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you’ll:
- Manage a short-term project and structure a presentation for Management Team
- Define root cause and implement corrective actions that will result improve overall performance
- Coordinate quality inspections for containment activities and report out on findings
- Analyze audit results and determine proper corrective actions and preventive measures
- Have Received a High School Diploma or GED
- Are currently enrolled in a program or pursuing a BA/BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Plastics/Polymer Engineering from an accredited college or university or have equivalent work history. (In certain circumstances, students who are taking a gap year will be considered.)
- Have previous internship or large project experience is preferred
- Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $16.78--$34.96/HOUR (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary Incentive(s) Benefits
- A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and voluntary benefits.
Salary : $17 - $35
