Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, documenting, implementing, and managing the quality management system for the sub-business unit.
- Sets the tone for a "Zero Defect Culture" and deployment of continuous improvement/lean as the engine of delivering consistent and reliable operational performance.
- Deploy structured problem-solving techniques to identify root cause and corrective actions.
You will also interface directly with key customers to ensure ECE related to Product and Process Quality, arrange for QC inspection of products, and develop effective AQL procedures via DQIP plan and process audits.
