Main Responsibilities:
- Drive new product development to meet current and future customer requirements.
- Design go-to-market strategies, inclusive of channel strategies and partnerships.
- Work with R&D and operations to develop products that meet customer needs.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from launch to post-launch management.
Requirements:
- 5 years of product management or sales experience, with additional MBA preferred.
- Relevant industry experience and technical knowledge of force or pressure sensors is desired.
- Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams is essential.
- A 4-year technical or business degree is required, with an advanced degree or relevant P&L management experience preferred.
