What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bobarista position at TEA LEAF?
TeaLeaf Cafe in Gilroy, CA is looking for several bobaristas to join our 10-12 person strong team. We are located on 1275 1 St Street. Our ideal candidate is a people-person, reliable, food-handler’s certified (not required), and has an open schedule. Wage listed does not include tips! Ex: $13 means $13 tips.
Responsibilities
- Arrive to shifts on time and fulfill all shift, or find covers for themselves.
- Potentially carry 20 lbs of inventory.
- Work along side 3-5 persons on a daily basis.
- Give customers recommendation and resolve any uncertainties or complaints.
- Stay calm and collected during potential rushes.
Qualifications
- Legally allowed to work whether it be work permit or other documentation.
- Reliable transportation whether it be themselves or guardian.
- Food handler’s certificate or willingness to get the certificate.
- Ability to attend one paid team meeting per month (at minimum).
