Bubble Tea Team Member

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our bubble tea shop. As a vital part of our team, you will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring high-quality food and beverage service. Your role will involve engaging with customers, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
• Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness in the shop, including dining spaces, food preparation areas, and equipment.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Experience in a bubble tea shop or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for cash register operations and handling transactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Pay: From $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 34 per week
