What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Closer position at Tea Trailblazers Childcare Center?
Tea Trailblazers Childcare Center is looking for an experienced Teacher to join our team! We are just a short drive from Sioux Falls! We have an opportunity in our Preschool from Monday through Friday, 2:15 - 6:15 p.m. There would be extra hours available if desired based on sick calls or time off requests.
We have an experienced Program Manager that supports your training from the first day, and throughout your career with us. We offer continued education and training both in-person and off-site. Ideally, this candidate is 18 years or older.
Our center creates a fun and learning environment that focuses on age-appropriate, play-based activities. We focus on our staff, YOU! We ensure our Admin team is making rounds, supporting with any challenges that may arise and support you in continuing education. We are excited to see if we are a good fit for you!
Duties:
Collaborate with teachers and parents ensure a fun and learning environment for each child.
Assist with student behavior management and positive reinforcement techniques.
Coordinate and maintain daily, scheduled activities with the head teacher.
Requirements:
Experience in a childcare center preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
