What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead position at Tea Trailblazers Childcare Center?
Tea Trailblazers Childcare Center is seeking a dedicated Team Lead to join our us! We are a short drive from Sioux Falls! The Team Lead will collaborate with our Administration team. The hours are Monday - Friday, no weekends, no nights! This position is cross-trained in all the classrooms, supports lesson plan prep alongside the Program Manager, and leads all closing activities; such as, cleaning, ratios, parent communications and staffing support.
HOURS: Monday through Friday, 2:30 - 6:30 p.m. or if you are seeking more hours, 9:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Required to be 18 years or older.
Valid Driver's License is required.
Experience with children is required, experience in a center is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
