Who is TeaBevCo?
Teabevco LLLP is a licensed and bonded freight shipping, merchandising and freight hauling business from Fort Worth, Texas. We perform both merchandising and delivery services within our customer’s retail space. We are well versed in the stores we serve.
What will you do as an Operations Assistant?
- Work Directly with carriers to schedule, adjust or troubleshoot load schedules
- · Provide immediate response to customer queries and follow up appropriately and timely on outstanding issues.
- · Regularly communicate with Account MGR & Director of Procurement personnel to provide updates and resolve issues in a timely fashion to ensure on time and quality shipments reach our customers.
- Provide assistance in placing drop ship orders.
- · Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
- · Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
- · Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- · Excellent customer service and client relations skills
- · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Required Proficiencies:
- · Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- · Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Education & Experience
- · Must have a HS Diploma, GED or equivalent
- · Must have the legal right to work in the United States
- · Must pass the substance abuse test and background check
- · Knowledge of billing, scheduling, routing, and warehouse operations support processes
- · Strong teamwork skills
