Description
Flexible scheduling. $50-55,000 per year with a $2000 sign on bonis.
We are looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. Current need includes a program specialist to deliver supervision to our clients in Bloomington, IN.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated mastery over the BACB Task List 5th Ed items.
- Demonstrate professionalism and comply with the BACB's Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
- Provide behavioral skills training (modeling, observation, feedback) with RBT staff.
- Provide RBT supervision (minimum of 5% of RBT hours per month).
- Perform weekly staff observations and integrity assessments.
- Create skill acquisition programs (NET-centered).
- Develop and assign the creation of program stimulus (non-billable task for Lead RBTs).
- Update client data sheets and skill acquisition program targets.
- Update client goals on a quarterly basis.
- Perform parent training sessions.
- Weekly meetings with the Clinical Director.
- Provide tele-health support to clinic staff (as needed basis) as assigned.
- Submit professional clinical documentation daily.
- Maintain active BACB certification and maintain BCaBA supervision documentation.
