Job Description
The Facility Maintenance Technician is a full-time member of our Home Office Facilities team tasked with supporting our Dallas-Fort Worth locations including McKinney, Carrollton, Flower Mound, Colleyville, and Fort Worth among others. This role will be assigned with various facility operation and repair items as directed which may include:
- Performing internal and external building maintenance such as window, door or wall repair
- Basic maintenance of building HVAC equipment in order to retain operational efficiency
- Identifying and resolving potential safety hazards
- Painting and touch up of exterior or interior walls
- Assemble furniture, office equipment, outdoor recreation and basic clinic equipment
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
- Organize and distribute supplies, materials, equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the clinic
