Website & User Experience Manager
Teachers of Tomorrow and its sister brands—SimpleK12, The Learning Liaisons, and #TEACH—are seeking an innovative Website & UX Manager to serve as an essential member of the Marketing Communications team. Reporting directly to and working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our digital strategy.

About the Position
Our websites are among the most powerful marketing channels we have, driving lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. In this role, you’ll create and manage brilliant, modern, user-focused web experiences that elevate our brands, guide customers through their journey, and deliver measurable results.
In the first year, you’ll oversee the redevelopment of two core websites while also establishing a vision for the long-term management and optimization of all four brand sites. Beyond redesigns, you’ll ensure the ongoing performance, functionality, and strategic alignment of these websites with broader marketing goals.

Website Strategy & User Experience :
- Drive Business Success : Position websites as critical marketing channels that generate leads, engage users, and achieve business objectives.
- Customer-Focused Design : Create visually compelling, user-friendly websites that guide customers along their journey and inspire action.
- Marketing Alignment : Work closely with the marketing team to ensure website content and functionality align with overarching campaigns and business goals.
