Duties Description The duties of the Information Technology Specialist 2 - Programming include, but will not be limited to, the following: Work collaboratively with Supervisors, Business Analysts, Project Leaders, other Programmers and Business UsersGather requirements and create design and technical specificationsCreate, enhance and support NYSTRS' applications through development and configuration using one or more of these technologies: C# in the Microsoft, .NET framework, SQL, Tungsten Automation Total Agility (Kofax), ServiceNow, and/or JavaScriptCreate testing plans and scripts and perform testing as requiredCreate necessary documentationFollow and support the Secure Systems Development Lifecycle as defined for NYSTRS (SSDLC)
