Earlham Community School District is looking for an Assistant Baseball Coach to begin May 2025. This position will primarily work with high school (9th-12th) students who are a part of the baseball program.
Under the supervision of the Activities Director, the duty of this individual is to assist/support the head coach in all aspects of the baseball program for the district, provide leadership in the development of the specific skills for baseball, creating a flexible, safe and optimal team environment and provide feedback to students, parents and administration regarding program development, expectations and goals.
