Job description
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a bus or other passenger vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, securing belongings, and answering questions
- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing clear instructions and information
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Maintain cleanliness of the bus interior, including regular cleaning and sanitizing
Experience:
- Previous experience as a bus driver, delivery driver, shuttle driver, van driver, or limousine driver is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with passengers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
