Position Overview:
The K-12 Vice Principal is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the Catholic mission of our schools, fostering academic excellence, ensuring student success, and collaborating with faculty, staff, and families. This individual will report to and work closely with the principal to create a positive and faith-filled learning environment. With our growing enrollment, this new leadership role will be instrumental in providing additional support to both staff and students.
Qualifications:
- State of Iowa Administrative License with Evaluator Approval
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
- Practicing Catholic in good standing who lives the Gospel values and is committed to Catholic education
- Demonstrated leadership experience in school administration, instructional supervision, and student management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexible, adaptive, cooperative, and able to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
